✉️ Return & Refund Policy (Greeting Cards & Postcards)
We want you to love what you send — and what you keep! If you're not completely happy with your greeting cards or postcards, no worries. You have 30 days to return them for a full refund.
Here’s how it works:
- Items must be unused and in original condition (we can’t resell a card that already has a message inside).
- Return your items within 30 days of delivery.
- Once we receive them, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
To start a return:
Just email us at support@blackmagicsocial.club with your order number and we’ll guide you through the easy steps. We'll provide you with an address to return the item to.
We want you to feel good about every card you send.

Because all of our canvas art, mugs, and decor are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color variation due to screen differences.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to make it right.
✅ Refunds or Replacements Are Offered If:
- Your canvas arrives damaged during shipping
- You receive the wrong item or size
- There’s a clear printing or quality issue
🚫 We Cannot Offer Refunds For:
- Customer mistakes in ordering (wrong size, design, or address)
- Minor color differences due to screen display
- General dissatisfaction without a product defect
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at support@blackmagicsocial.club within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
